Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your ZYRABELLA purchase. For eligible items, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return eligibility

To qualify, an item must be unused or unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care or beauty items may not be eligible for return. Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and certain hazardous or perishable goods may also be excluded, subject to applicable law.

How to request a return

Before shipping anything back, contact tatachstore@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason. We will review eligibility and provide the correct return address and instructions if your return is approved. Please do not send an item to an address shown on a shipping label without receiving return instructions.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping arrangements and any applicable costs will be explained during the return-approval process. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your delivery when it arrives. If there is a problem, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging if available.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an approved return. When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days of approval; your financial institution may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval, please contact us.

Exchanges

Contact us to discuss an incorrect or defective item. For other changes, an approved return followed by a new purchase may be the simplest option.

Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, including qualifying European Union consumer orders, those rights take precedence over exclusions in this policy.
